Activity venues build their own mood around what they actually do — some run loud and busy, others favor quiet concentration. Balık Gölü in Şavşat sits somewhere on that spectrum too. How many people are inside, how loud it gets, whether the lighting's soft or harsh — these details shape the whole experience, and there's no way to know which way it leans until you're standing in it.
